Hi, I’m looking at using an FTV to rebook a 241 booking, likely to be swapping from peak out and back, to off-peak both directions, same routing. In terms of the Avios difference does anyone know if it’ll be refunded into my account or stored on another FTV?
In that circumstance I think that you should get the excess Avios refunded to your BAEC.
It depends on the amount, if its negligible you’re likely to get it returned. If it’s deemed enough i.e for it’s own flight then likely to be given another voucher. Also depends if you have any taxes left over in terms of hard cash they could also tie into the voucher
