Free night reward for two nights on new account

Good morning,

I signed up for this, have the screenshot confirmation – and stayed two nights in Nov 21.

I am having a lot of trouble trying to get the reward night certificate. It keeps being promised in 5 working days but never appears!

Has this happened to anyone else? Any tips?

We had the same thing happen. Contacted IHG who confirmed offer. Although our bonus points arrived first, the certificate after a few days. This was on the app.
Best things is to contact them via the app. They should respond pretty quickly.

The same with my wife’s account. Did not save screenshot, IHG refused to accept saying she has not registered. Gave up.

Emailed again – via the app – and finally had a resolution – 40000 points added to account.
Better than the voucher:)
