Can I force Avios transfer from Amex mid-month?

Hi, just wondering if it’s possible to “force” a points transfer to Avios/BAEC outside of the automatic monthly process? Thanks!

No, I believe not. MR points can be moved any time but the BA cards sweep avios across at a set time each month.
