Flying Club Missing Points email bouncing?

Without boring everyone with the details, I need to contact Virgin Flying Club to raise an issue with Virgin Credit Card points which Virgin Money have refused to deal with as “it is a FC error”.
The best general email linked from FC help has been bouncing as unknown for the last week: vapartners.points@fly.virgin.com
VA FC Gold line very helpful to the point of giving me a very similar address from their knowledge base which is also bouncing!: vapartnerspoints@fly.virgin.com
I’ve done the usual, sent from different email accounts in case it is some kind of block, and FC Gold have raised a case but it’s been tumbleweed so far, so wondering if anyone else has had the same bounce issue or alternatively has another email contact as I dread another long phone call.

Thanks, it’s worked with an auto-acknowledgment from “vapartnerpoints@fly.virgin.com” which seems to be the address it should be (partner not partners)!!
Let’s see if they actually resolve my issue now, shall wait with baited breath as the FC Gold escalation with a promise of an update after 2 days hasn’t materialised.
