Good news for people who like to get their green indulgences, and for people who need just a little bit of extra XPs at the end of the year. Apparently the rate is €10 per XP. There’s also an option to do it with miles. This is only for offsetting actually flown flights as far as I can tell.

As we know from the BA Holidays offer, BA doesn’t seem to have the IT required to successfully offer bonus tier points for anything!

The earning of XP at 2,000 miles per XP, ludicrous rates if you ask me, has been available for a while for donating your miles. Be a good way to top off an account if running short towards year end on a long haul flight. Otherwise it seems to be a bit daft to aim for €10 per XP.

I’ve been very glad of the double XP (and now 1.5x XP) offers Flying Blue has ran which has enabled me to very quickly move to Platinum and successfully transition away from BA with minimal fuss!
