I booked a flight with Malaysia airlines for my honeymoon to Bali and then over a month ago I received a mail saying my 2-hour layover on the return flight had gone from 2 hours to 7 hours.
I contacted Malaysia airlines because I had a flexible Economy ticket and asked for a refund, they said no problem and canceled my ticket, 4 weeks later and many phone calls later they still have not refunded the money and every time I ring its a different story, I have also complained and was told they would get back to me within 7 to 14 days and nothing.
I am worried and concerned about my money and the terrible service I am getting. We booked with them because of the flexible ticket and myself and my partner are BA Gold and Silver members.Contact the credit card compamy that you used to make the booking with and raise it with them.
