Trying to book a few nights for Manchester Liverpool areas, noticing a few ihg hotels unbookable, notably the cp’s at Speke (wasn’t going to book here as rather poor hotel), Manchester airport, and Manchester centre.
Checked dates much later in the year and they are still the same, just wondering if these are covid hotels, or if the chuff is getting weeded out, in the case of Speke cp.
Refugees. Government/ local authority block booked
I for one thought the CP John Lennon was a very interesting hotel. The old airport themed architecture and the classic aircraft round the back.
Depends on the dates. Manchester is incredibly busy.
Manchester City centre is CP available bank holiday weekend for example
Around weekends? premier league games?
Some hotels now require a minimum 2 night stay at weekends – are you trying to book one night? This caught me out a few months ago when trying to book the Indigo Durham. Interestingly, you could book a single night via hotels .com but not direct with IHG!
