Just had letter saying express cash removed from all UK and ICC charge cards.
Not a service used regularly but sometimes handy…
Got the same letter in the post today. Presume they are filtering out to all ICC/Charge Card users who had signed up for the service.
I’ve never used it but it was always nice to have in an emergency. No idea why they’ve pulled the plug in the UK only.

It’s probably again down to the cost of keeping the service available. I suspect that there weren’t a lot of people using it in the UK, which makes sense as I don’t see why you wouldn’t have and use a debit card for that.
Yeah I mean obviously it’s not something I’ve ever used, was just a nice thing to have on the card for emergency use.

Spoke to them and apparently it’s UK/ICC wide on Charge Cards only – Credit Card products are apparently unaffected by the change.
Didn’t really have any clue why they were doing it to one product and not the other but there you go.
