Etihad 40% bonus issue

I transferred some HSBC points to Etihad and the points were credited instantly but I also needed the 40% bonus to put towards the seats I had seen.
Fast forward two days and now the seats have disappeared and the bonus is still nowhere to be seen.
Just wanted to make people aware of doing the same and having the same issue as me.

Yes as the article said it’s not an HSBC run bonus, but Etihad is funding this, so you need to read Etihad T&C which state:

“Bonus Etihad Guest Miles earned during this promotion will reflect in the member’s Etihad Guest membership account within 10 days”
