Can anyone advise what I’m doing wrong:
Click ‘Redeem’ on the voucher on the BAEC homepage, get taken to here:
Note the cabin/class choice drop down is not-populated with any options.
Only ‘Book with money upgrade with Avios is shown, and I need to select that to get the cabin class to populate, but that is not the type of booking I want to make.Anyone having this problem?
No – works fine for me. Usual BA rules apply. Clear cookies, try a different browser, try incognito mode, try it on a different device.
It’s a pain but invariably try one of these will fix it.
Failing this you will need to call but do not let them charge you an offline booking fee.
