Emirates saver rewards

Hi, I’m new to the Emirates rewards scheme and looking at the BKK-DXB route next summer. I can see that up to 3rd June there are flights every day for 20k points (economy) whereas from 4th onwards they are all 35k.

I know the difference is Saver Vs Flexplus rewards but wondering what the pattern is in terms of when flex tickets are made available. For example, are there Saver tickets for all flights or are they only on off peak dates?
