Emirates phone line CLOSED to due high volume of calls?

Hi,

Am trying to book a redemption booking on Emirates business that’s 207.5k miles. I only have 170k but am using a 20% voucher as I’ve just signed up to the Skywards+ subscription for £296.

The website won’t let me select a flight as it says “insufficient miles”, as the discount is applied at the checkout stage.

I’ve tried calling but the lines are closed due to a high volume of calls. Any tips or clever workaround on being able to book this online?

Some say select Economy in your search, then on results page it might show the business pricing too and works that way. Worked for some, but not for all.

Ring a different country phone number.

Looks like all of the international ones are closed too and the economy thing didn’t work unfortunately.
