That’s if eBay continue to allow you to pay with Amex via PayPal. The retailer can block payment options available via PayPal.

We shall see. Much like the Amazon card payment saga – announcing something, but only for 5 weeks in the future, looks a lot more like a hard negotiating tactic than an inevitable end position. Could go either way, I guess.

…and Amazon trade volumes will dwarf what eBay does, so much more important that Amex reached an agreement with Amazon, I would think.
