EK reward flight with partner airline MH. Check in with which carrier?

Good morning, hoping that someone on this forum might have experience with this. I’ve booked a reward flight with EK on one of their partner airlines, in this case MH. To be clear, this is not a codeshare flight. Which airline would I check in with? EK or MH? I’m hoping that its MH to take advantage of their check through policy with oneworld – BA
