Hi, I’m an additional cardholder on my wife’s avios Barclay card. Can the avios be credited to my BAEC account rather than hers? Reason being I am the primary avios collector with the bulk of the balance and she is part of our household account with a much smaller balance. I’d prefer the avios in my BAEC account.
Hi,
No, the name of the primary cardholder must match the name on the BAEC account.
However, there is an article linked below that explains how you can move avios between members of a HHA for free by transferring to Qatar and then back again. Test on a smaller amount first.

If you do it, please feedback your results 🙂
If you’re in a HHA then avios get used from both accounts anyway.
And any she earns when she flies post to her account.
I’m not sure why you think not having all the avios in one account is an issue.
Hi Chris
Thanks for the reply.
I’m looking to book flights on Qatar airways and the only avios available on there are my own personal ones, not the entire household balance. I guess I could use that transfer hack to get her avios into my account?
