Does my maths check out? Flight to Corfu

Hi guys

Looking to book a single flight to corfu (I am returning to BHX so only need on on the way out). To book a flight from Heathrow is c£170 for the same day I am looking at (1st August). Instead I have the following options if I use my Avios.

15250 Avios + £ 0.50
More pricing options

14500 Avios + £ 4.50
11750 Avios + £ 12.50
10750 Avios + £ 17.50

It seems to me that the 10,750 Avios is the best value for money to use? I got these points just by my last month spend and some insurance I purchased through a link on BA Shopping so they havent really cost me anything.

Correct, assuming, of course, 1 Avios = 1p.

I think it’s correct for any value of avios between 0.5p and 1p

They have cost you the cashback you would have received if you had spent on the next best rewards card, and the rewards from any other affiliate portal if the insurance was available there

I would go with your option too at 1p per Avios. If you are Avios rich then first would be fine.
