Difference between You Choose gift cards?

There are a few different branded You Choose gift cards including

All Access
Fashion and Beauty
Food and Drinks

From what I can see, the retailers on the Fashion and Food cards are also on the All Access card, and there are some extra ones on the All Access not shown on the other two.

When you redeem the Fashion or Food cards on the youchooseagift website, does it restrict you to just the retailers shown on the card packaging or can you actually redeem against the full range?

Card should state clearly but I know what you mean. The one4all also shows 12 retailers but can be used in hundreds.
