Are there any debit cards that award Avios per £ spent?

Isn’t it the case that there are no fees for debit cards (at least for most transactions)? If so how would the card provider pay for the Avios?

Revolut Revpoints can be exchanged for Avios, but because of the earning rate and the mandatory ‘spare change’ feature on the free card, it’s only really any good if you are on one of the top end paid plans (£1/0.5 on metal,£1/1 on ultra) I’m also not sure about excluded transaction categories, there is a dedicated thread on here I think.

NatWest and RBS Reward accounts allow you to exchange the rewards you get for Avios.

What’s driving the question? Inability to get a credit card – or wanting to use where credit cards not accepted? Curve with underlying Barclays Avios card is the solution to the latter.

Sort of. If the OP doesn’t have a Curve card already, all new Curve customers get a credit card not a debit one.
