I have a booking at Daios Cove in Crete in early May, staying in a premium junior suite with private pool, on the residents club package.
Any one visited and have any tips/recommendations more generally? In particular, if anyone has stayed in the specific room type, grateful for recommendations on specific rooms we should request for good sun around the pool/access to facilities, etc.
Thanks!
We stayed a few years ago now in the last week of the season (our own fault) as the weather was hit and miss and the pools too cold to use. The hotel itself was v nice, good food and bar. Can’t remember our room type but it did have a plunge pool that was soooooo cold despite paying for heating. The beach area was very small which was fine for us.
The resort itself is v nice but there wasn’t anything around which wasn’t a problem as we had shed on wheels that we used to get out and about. Overall nice place just be prepared to have to drive anywhere if you want to leave
