Can I just ask if people getting these failures had their Curve cards attached to their Amex accounts before they started the payment process? I’m sure you have to have a nominated card so you can’t just keep switching between then, at least this is how my account seems to work!

Yes, I did.
Curve on the account for a while and has worked fine. I Then recently getting an issue. Deleted it as a test and added the bank card – fine. Deleted the back card and added back Curve – failure.
Additional data point: it still works for me. Payment went through as per usual (Curve Metal was a stored payment method on Amex account)
AS an FYI, I managed to pay my Amex BAPP today with Curve Metal + BC
Same here last night. I think if your Curve is already linked as the payment card you might be okay for a while longer. But I also wonder if never clearing my cookies helps with this kind of thing! I won’t be asking Amex to confirm any of this or otherwise.
