Curve: if I upgrade can I keep using my existing card?

I’m tempted to upgrade to X for £1 a month.

However I’ll be going away next week, so the card won’t probably arrive in time. Can I keep using my existing card, physical and/or with Apple Pay?

I’m still using my original curve card despite upgrding to metal in September 2022, as they sent out a commercial card.I just haven’t activated the new card and the old one still works. YMMV

I upgraded ( for the increased forex allowance) and still using existing card. I’ll downgrade when trip over
