Hi, I’m getting constant declines for my Curve card in the past couple of weeks. Raised with Curve support and the answer was that someone somewhere timeout during the transaction. Total nonsense as it happens constantly both online and while using physical card and I changed underlying cards as well.
Raised that in the chat again and no response for a week now. I have a metal subscription but apparently no difference to them.
Anyone had this? Any advise?Just had it declined twice in a row here in Japan… Not good. Curve metal. Will raise it with Curve once home.
I got a decline a couple of days ago, but the amount is still showing pending on my Barclaycard – hoping it will drop off after the weekend!
I had this recently just before I was due to travel and quickly realised I would need to resolve for myself. It transpired that my settings in the app had somehow changed and my selected card needed to be tapped again. Good luck.

No settings updated but tried to delete/add cards back. Will see if it does anything
