Has anyone got same issue?
I thought I turned on Curve fronted but failed to pay bill. Then I went back to check the setting, on the Settings page it dose show On for Curve Fronted. But when you click into Curve Fronted page, a message popped up saying Something went wrong and showing Off for Curve Fronted.
I don’t know if there’s a general issue this morning, it took me several goes to unlock the actual card just now, kept getting the same message. I thought it was our patchy wifi but maybe it’s the strain on their system of multiple angry messages about the impending changes!

I observed this behavior yesterday, but it eventually resolved itself.
I’ve tried 3 times to pay NS&I this morning. All rejected.
Like NorthernLAss I have had issue’s with the app itself as well.

I had multiple issues with NSI yesterday, but the problem was on the NSI side. I’m not saying Curve is not up to something…
I did a withdrawal from NS&I yesterday, meant to arrive today and nothing so far so maybe they’ve got issues.

THey can take up till end of business to hit your account. Mine generally arrive mid to late afternoon.
As an aside, I’ve been able to make my payment now.
I’ve tried 3 times to pay NS&I this morning. All rejected.
Like NorthernLAss I have had issue’s with the app itself as well.

Since when did curve allow payments to NSI again? I stopped when I got the warning email a couple of years back

I got the metal at the strt of the year and have been using it since then

In my experience they are sent by FPS (not BACS), which means they appear “instantly” (not visible in advance as “pending payments” in some accounts), and not until the end of the day.
I’ve had them be a day late in the past.
It is definitely *not* safe to rely on them arriving in time to pay some bill.
I was using fronted this morning, not NSandI use, and it failed. Seems it was a curve issue as all working well this afternoon.
