I have read much of the change last year making it, for most not worthwhile keeping the Black / Metal card (I would still benefit of the reduced fronted limits though). However my question was more, does it still work with any cards? My understanding is Fronted doesn’t earn any reward miles / points for HSBC, does it still generate Avios for Barclaycard or is there another CC I can use to at least get something out of?
I think with the 1% cashback I would struggle to be net with the monthly / annual charge alone, the FX rate benefits are not hugely a game changer for me.
