Did the gutting of the program already take effect?

South Galleries were about 25% occupied this evening at 7pm as opposed to the usual 95% and the T5B lounge is almost empty, about 10 -20 inhabitants.

This is because most of my flights this year have been booked to avoid LHR 😂

The Galleries First lounge was rammed Sunday at 2pm and Tuesday before at 7 am.

I will miss the First checkin security lane which has been working really well of late.

I won’t miss the desperate catering in the Flounge. It is just awful
