Anyone else hold this card and yet to receive the points for the May statement? Previous month’s points hit on 10th April as expected. May 10th statement points yet to arrive two weeks later…
Yes, I am in exactly the same situation. Marriott M/C is usually my main card, and until now, points have been credited from Creation within 24 hours of the account billing since Feb 2022.
Away from home at present, but if there are still no points by next Monday, I shall be e-mailing a contact at Marriott who is a/the liaison between Creation and Marriott, always assuming that she has not “moved on” since our last discussion at the end of Jan 2022, which appears to be the last time something like this happened.
Still no points when I checked this morning, so I e-mailed my contact at Marriott.
Got a reply 100 mins later, not from her, but just from Customer Care (so my contact may no longer be with Marriott, though her e-mail obviously still works) to say that the points were in my a/c.
Coincidence? I do not know, but glad to have the points.Thanks for the feedback @RussellH – my points have still not been credited so I will take a leaf out of your book and send CS a message to see if that was what prompted your credit too!
Well that worked quickly! Less than half an hour later and the points have credited my account too! Clearly an issue at Marriott’s end rather than Creation so I guess I have to retract my grumbles in the https://www.headforpoints.com/forums/topic/creation-bashing/page/72/ thread now 🙂

My points have now posted twice.
🙂Similarly my Creation IHG points have not posted from May. IHG have a claim form for missing points but Creation is no longer listed as a card partner so there is no point in completing that.
Same thing seems to be happening again, with the points from 7 June not having posted at the usual time.
Annoying, as while the whole Creation / IHG saga was rolling on, Marriott points were being credited within a day of the account bills appearing.
