Looking for a place to make a call, max 1 hour, while I’m in transit between Paddington and Euston station. I’ll have a headset, time an unfortunate 5pm. Any suggestions? I’d rather not be on the main station concorse.
I’d go to the Hilton Paddington. You can access without leaving the station and it takes you to a relatively quiet bar area (certainly when compared to the main concourse..)
Hilton Paddington is good and most convenient. There is also a Nero just outside the station which is usually quiet.
Thanks both. And the good news is the call is cancelled and the weekend starts early! I’ll bear the Hilton in mind for future requirements.
I’m off to be an audience member for the recording of Friday Night Live, incidentally, which is why I didn’t want to detour home.

Missed that due to the camera obscuring my view… saw some *very* shocked faces around me though. Then had the full pleasure later on catch-up when I got home 😳
It was overall a good night out for zero pounds spent though. Tonight I restore the political balance with Joe Rogan at the O2.
Haha yeah I saw some of the shocked faces in the crowd which was rather amusing. I thought was a good show (only watched it on tv) but brought back good memories of the originals. I enjoyed it
I also think that Hilton Paddington is a relly the best idea
