EasyJet cancelled our Geneva flights on the day when we were about to head to the airport. I decided to rebook the flights for a different date and it was pretty easy to do online.
I believe I’m due a compensation so I filed a form on their website. EasyJet meant to process it in 1 month but it’s been 7 weeks now and status is the same, I.e. “under review”.
Would appreciate advise from someone who dealt with this recently on best ways to proceed here
They are fairly hopeless. You can call but they will not know very much.
For me they picked a random amount (around 1/4 of total claim) and after about 6 weeks replied and said my claim had been successful. Currently going through MCOL to get the rest refunded.
