Companion voucher “details” and Iberia bookings.

Thank you to the superstars who reply so fully and rapidly on this forum……

We are planning our Peru flights for May 2026 and currently doing the maths on the fees. We are probably going to fly BA to Madrid and then take the Iberia flight to Lima using CV for just the long haul flight. We will hopefully fly back on a through ticket using Iberia/Iberia . Can we fly back to a different airport from our CV departure airport? Am I correct that Iberia bookings open earlier than BA bookings? Do these show up on the BA website or do I have to phone to book before the BA 355 day window opens? Do I phone BA or Iberia?

@slkmum – it’s fine to return to a different airport but best to stick to IB to avoid potential tax mess up. You need to call BA to use the CV and to book the IB seats at T-360 as you can’t see/book these on the BA website.
