Just got an email asking me to register for the above offer. On trying to register I then get told “Sorry, you’re not eligible for this offer right now.
This offer is only available to select Hilton Honors members, and it doesn’t appear you are qualified at this time. Check HiltonHonors.com for our latest offers.”Anyone else get this new offer? Anyone else then unable to register?
Have you got a VPN switched on by any chance? If so, try again with it switched off.

Yeah, looks like an underlying issue with the registration process.
The error message has now been updated to the following :
“Oops, looks like there was a problem with your registration!
We’re experiencing some technical difficulties at the moment, but are in the process of fixing it. Check back in a few days and you should be able to register then. After you register, all you need to do is stay just once by December 31 and you’ll earn an easy 4,000 Bonus Points.Only members who received a dedicated email about this offer are eligible.”
Do you mind sharing the registration link?
They make it very clear that it’s a targeted offer so don’t think anyone will have much chance in registering if they don’t get the email.

I just registered ok, fwiw I’m diamond, using a VPN at the moment to say I’m in London.
Handy as the FAQ says it applies to existing bookings.

The issue that was preventing me from registering has been resolved.
