Combining Avios IB to BA problem

Hi all

I moved some Avios from my BAEC to IB to buy some business class flights, worked perfectly and have the IB tickets.

I didn’t need all that I moved but when I try to move the balance back through Combine My Avios on both IB and BA it says that I can’t do it as I don’t comply with the T&Cs.

Any ideas?

You’ve likely fallen foul of the need to earn 1 Avios in IB before you can transfer out. Stupid rule but rigourously enforced

Thanks. Just earned 540 Avios from doing a an AviosForThoughts survey.

It now opens the Combine portal, but fails with a “not working at this time” message: same on BA

You also have to fill out your IB profile with passport information for it to work, at least that was the case for me.
