Hoping someone might have experienced this before as when you email club eurostar (also tweeted) it says 28 days to reply (madness).
Trying to book a one way ticket for myself, my wife and our 7yr old. the only options on the redemption screen are “passenger” or “infant”. I have enough points (transferred from Amex MR points) for the booking. you need to enter the DOB for each passenger and it wont accept our child’s DOB as they are not an adult. Seeing as you can join club eurostar from 4 years old this seems very strange.
If I enter the DOB wrong does anyone know the impact here / another method to book this?

I found an FAQ on eurostars site:
qn: “The date of birth is wrong on the booking. Do I need to contact Eurostar to amend?”
answer: “Eurostar do not require dates of birth on bookings”
OK so why ask for them!? 🙂
I have booked the tickets now with an adjusted DOB. While noting they are redemption tickets in small print they appear with the correct names for the 3 of us.
Still interested if anyone else has done this before. This option was chosen instead of a £500 one way booking for the 3 of us to return from Disney next Easter!
