Club Eurostar bookings — any refundable options?

A cash Business Premier ticket is fully refundable. Does anyone know if that applies to a Club Eurostar points booking?

PS Listing this post under “Other frequent flyer schemes” even though it’s not a flight scheme, as I can’t see anywhere better to put it.

My understanding is that the points ticket T&C are dicated by the type of ticket you book using the points. So if you book Business Premier using points, you have a fully refundable ticket.
