Hi, my travel partner can no longer travel, such that of our two flights and car hire, I only now need one flight and no car. I can’t see a way of only making a partial change online. Any thoughts gratefully received. Booked in my name in Jan 2022 and we’re now 96 hours before travel.

Hello segli, sorry you didn’t receive a response to your post, perhaps because most regulars here would, somewhat understandably, expect you to be aware of the T&Cs that you agreed to when originally booking your BA Holiday Package (BAH).
You may already be aware that your options are practically nil to change or cancel such a major element of your BAH with only 96 hours’ notice before departure, so perhaps you were asking in the remote hope that there might be some arcane loop hole that someone might share with you.
Unfortunately there isn’t, the T&Cs that you agreed to are clearly spelled out here (https://www.britishairways.com/en-gb/information/legal/customer-commitment/our-customer-promise) and specify a minimum of 7 days’ notice before departure. That’s part of the trade-off that comes hand-in-hand with some of the extra customer benefits attached to a BAH.
The only potential “get out” might be afforded by BA’s relaxation of the 7 days’ notice in the event of COVID-19 being the genuine cause of your travel partner’s inability to travel, but read the additional T&Cs connected to this concession very carefully before proceeding, see “Less notice will be accepted if major travel restrictions are imposed or you or a member of your party test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of your outward departure.”
