Hi All!
I made a round-trip redemption booking in the recent 40th anniversary sale on VA (40% off on bookings).
I’m now looking to change one leg of the booking (outbound).
In this case, will they reprice both legs (i.e. complete roundtrip) or will I be able to retain the discounted price I got on inbound?
Any way to avoid the double repricing if it happens?
I’m afraid they will reprice.
Your only hope is another redemption sale.
And what if instead of changing dates, I just cancel the outbound? Will the refund be 1/2 of what I paid, or are they going to reprice the remaining leg and refund a lower amount?
I do not know for sure but I’d be surprised if it wasn’t repriced with an increase in taxes also.
The only silver lining may be that they re-price with historical pricing, but that won’t account for the 40%. It might play a few quid in your favour, though.

I’m sorry, what does that mean? Couldn’t get you. The taxes haven’t changed for this route (LHR-DEL-LHR) since I booked, so what savings are you referring to?
