No, I’m the primary. Card has been a nightmare really so far. App doesn’t work for me, online payments not going through and non-existent support.

I got my email saying my card statement was ready. Logged into Barclays app and the card has disappeared entirely.
My wife is currently battling the same issue. Frankly, I think we will take the 50K points, following a likely argument and then close it. Not at all impressed with Barclays back office support.
I’m having the same issue with the card for the supplementary cardholder which they use to do online Tesco orders, main reason for getting it but the card will not process. However if I use the my card, i.e the main cardholder the transaction will process. It did work on the supplenentary cardholder for 4-5 weeks then just stopped.
After waiting 1 hour in the queue barclaycard did not give any coherent answers blaming Tesco initially but I said it went through on my card, and in the end could not explain why the transaction would not process for the supplementary cardholder. Not very helpful whatsoever. Shame as if everything would have worked out might have been prepared to drop the BAPP Amex for this as this is mastercard, otherwise thinking once I hit the travel voucher I will drop it.
