Hi folks, I’ve posted about this before but our BA LHR-GIB flight in February (booked with old Lloyds upgrade voucher) has been cancelled and we’ve been put onto a flight an hour later.
That’s fine but I cannot access MMB for the flight either in the app or online as it just comes up with a message about the cancellation and there is no option to remove the message and continue.
My question is, will this stop us being able to check in online at t-24 hours? If so, I know I need to ring BA to sort it out (unless anyone knows another way) which I don’t want to do unless I absolutely have to!
TIA
You could try Twitter or Chat, but it looks like they may not have reticketed it yet, which is definitely an issue, so you should definitely be getting in touch.
If you have Skype or another VoIP service you could try calling another country to get through, Japan and Spain have worked well for me recently.
