I have been unable to log in to the regular BA app (i.e. not the BA eStore or shopping app) since the IT changes were made to the BAEC in November (2021). Strangely though, I am able to log in to the BA site from a browser and the BA eStore or shopping app works fine for me otherwise.
I recall Rob mentioned something in a chat thread some weeks ago that certain special characters cannot be in your password. Does anyone have any further information on this that they could share please?
Have you tried updating/deleting/reinstalling the app? I can’t see that it’s linked to your password if you can still log in on other devices.
I had a similar issue where my account info wasn’t refreshing. My GF couldn’t login at all, on Android, clearing the app cache fixed it.
I think there was an issue with passwords containing the character “@”. Try changing your password – it worked for me.

For the benefit of any future readers of this thread, I change the password on BA.com. That site and the BA app worked straight away, but it took a good 30 mins or so for the change to be reflected on the BA Shopping Portal. I logged in to it and the equivalent BAEC rewards app much later, but it eventually worked.
