Can I apply the 20% voucher at check in?

Hi,

i made a mistake. I have booked the non cancellation rate because i have a Cancelation-insurance. However i have noticed, that with the gold tier i get 20% vouchers. Once i get Gold, before my stay, can i apply the voucher on check in like with the birthday voucher or am i f****?.

It would help if you said what chain this was!

Assuming Melia, then you can’t retrospectively apply the 20% vouchers. The birthday upgrade is done via online check in.

yeah sorry Melia, meanwhile i also reached someone on the phone there and they confirmed i cant add the voucher …
