I did a survey today for Amex about possible changes to the Business Platinum card, both options given had the removal of the 10k bonus points each month and an extra £200 hotel credit each year instead alongside some other £200 credit to some business thing I had never heard of. I’d consider cancelling if they did that, lose 120k points for £200 quid off something you may not even want to use….
That would be an unwelcome change … although rather depends what “some business thing” is as to how I’d respond 😂
It was something like an advertising credit with a website for jobs, something like that
In the US version they have $200 Hilton credit. Of course it must be used coupon-style: $50 per quarter.
They’re also nerfing Dell credit over there, so brace yourselves…
I got the same. This would be very unwelcome. Replacing with indeed website and a 20% discount on simply insurance would be completely inadequate replacement
