Anyone been, for Sunday or any other lunch?!
Yes. Saturday lunch, though many years ago and not since they have had a major makeover and changed it up quite a bit. They were shut for 18 months or so whilst it was happening.
Before makeover, the food was great and some lovely wines. Nice ambience as well. Heard from friends that food is still pretty decent since the makeover too.

Stayed over last year with my IHG free night voucher. Room was excellent (huge copper bath), and enjoyed the evening meal too. Definitely worth a visit.
The Red Lion and Sun up the road is vastly superior in my opinion.
Very busy on Sundays. It’s not really a pub either, it’s a restaurant in an old pub building.
