Bought Hilton points — haven’t arrived yet

I often buy Hilton points to top up when they are offered with 100% bonus.
They would be added to my account within minutes. Now it’s been hours, and they are not there.
Any idea why?

Sometimes they are added the following day. I topped up a few accounts earlier this year and some points were added instantly, others within 24 hours or thereabouts.
