Booking USA domestics on Delta with VS miles

So for a while now I’ve eyed up USA delta domestics.

I go to the Virgin Atlantic flight and see availability Kansas to Boston but always get an error message when I try to proceed by clicking on the flight… Any solutions other than the call of death to Virgin..I’m a basic member… Thanks everyone!!

Check on Delta first for their lowest priced redemption availability. Then yes, call Virgin if still no luck

If you want them and they are available (cross check against the DL website) then you will have to call.

I’ve not seen anythjing recently about VS phone lines being exceptionally bad or listed as a cause of death.

I had to call to book an AF flight using VS miles. It may have been because I used the US number but I didn’t have to wait too long (and I was clearly routed to a UK-based call centre).
