Trying to book on BA.com since last Thursday VCE – LA or ONT which includes AA premium economy, which you can’t even after several calls to BA where all the agents give up and can’t help eventually telling you to book elsewhere like direct with AA. What is wrong with this management?

If you put these flights into google flights, does it suggest who to book with?
My guess is a non-ticketable fare rule combining issue.

Nothing to do with “management” but likely down to ticket rules and your routing and dates – neither of which have you mentioned.

If AA haven’t filed fares for the route then no one can sell them – not even AA.

What dates are you trying to book? I just picked a random date in May and both BA and AA showed availability in PE.

Do the fares show up, but fail when you try to book them?

You can play with dates 12th April – 17th April and get all the way to try and pay then you get a message someone may have booked these flights try again, BA say there system with AA is not working and can’t do anything about it, but it’s a BA problem as the first flight out of VCE is BA operated but can offer you double the advertised price. Or go elsewhere.

Have you tried booking on AA.com? Lots of routings, not necessarily via London, and not necessary to set foot on BA metal.

Yes tried all that, it’s ok my friends who I was booking for got frustrated and went with KLM even though he loses the benefit of being BA gold which he loses soon due to the loyalty change anyway. Thanks for your feedback.
