Hi all – I have 6 x e-vouchers that will expire Sep 2023 and I have a return trip to New York to book in mid Sep 2022 so looking to deploy these vouchers as full/part payment.
Hoping of course that I can travel without issue by then but I wanted to know what the change policy will be on these as the flights are outside the ‘book with confidence’ window which ends for flights departing AFTER 31st Aug 2022. Can’t seem to find any info on the BA website.
Also, general Q re: flight prices London to New York – currently seeing return to JFK for around £500 for September (Wednesday to Sunday return) – economy standard.
Seems a bit high for this route to me but not sure.
Unless BWC is extended (and given some of the things BA has done recently I don’t think it will) then bookings will be as per normal rules re changes, cancellation and refunds i.e. nowhere near as good as under BWC.
