    Hey guys, is anyone elses £ counter for the sign up bonus not updating or is it just me?

    Yes the tracker on mine hasn’t updated in 2 weeks. Complained and still being given the run-around. Avios posting correctly as per spend so I’m hoping it is just the app UI rather than actually not updating in the background…

    +1 Just clocked this today as I realised I must have almost hit the 3k. It’s at least a week out

    My tracker has been stuck just under the £3k for about 10 days, but the total Avios to be transferred show above it correctly (including the 25k) and the list of transactions is also up to date.

    In the BC app, click on your card, then on View your Avios and you should have two wheels showing your spend towards the SUB and the upgrade voucher.

    Thanks. View your Avios has not worked for two months with the same AV006 error. I didn’t realise it worked for others as the app has always been buggy as hell.

    Did you ever find a solution to the AV006 error? I’ve signed up to the Barclaycard Avios but keep getting the same error code when trying to view my Avios.

    I haven’t experienced this problem, but others that have say to delete/uninstall the app and try again. The spend counter shouldn’t be connected with the link to your Avios account which may have a problem with some name difference. I’m not sure how useful it is to have the Avios counter in the BC app whereas the counter showing spend to SUB and voucher is fairly essential.

    I have only got the tracker for my Barclays Premier Rewards. I have applied around a month ago and had my first batch of avios posted this week but no indication at all of the barclaycard avios points I earned per transaction or tracking bonus. Does it show on the app/statements how many avios you earned per transaction?

    The app shows the total Avios so far in the month and since opening as well as the Avios per transaction like Amex. The monthly statements don’t show anything re Avios.

    Hi @JDB thanks for your answer. After that I registered the barclaycard app without the option of linking to my Current Account, and now when I go to View Your Avios I can see the tracker and how many avios I earned per transaction. On the main Barclays app I only see the tracker for my Barclays Avios Rewards.

    My spending has been stuck for the past week or two and shows 289 Avios as pending. Maybe the spending is linked to the Avios instead?

    Mine is stuck too. It seems to have been reset after my first statement because the counter matches to the pound my spend in month two. BC chat told me it will update at my next statement date which I take to be BC BS. I’ll hit my bonus spend this week so hopefully it tracks because I don’t want to spend another £20 arguing with them during a third month.

    You are better to look at the accumulated points to be transferred (above the tracker wheel) and the individual transactions below it to know what is going on – they are both correct/accurate whereas the wheel does its own thing. Whatever Avios are shown in figures have accrued in the month (which will include bonus ones) will get transferred at the beginning of the next month and the voucher will probably also pitch up before the wheel syncs.

    I’ve only just noticed this issue. Pretty useless to have a tracker so far out of date. Has anyone worked out how often those trackers refresh, or is there no regular timing?

    I have the same issue, but I think the counter only updates at the statement date, unlike the AMEX ones that update continuously. Is that correct?

    Otherwise mine is stuck too !!

    My counter is stuck too, hasn’t moved for about a week now.

    My transactions are posting, and avios are ticking along, just annoying as I think I may be close to the £3k spend but can’t see the exact figure. If I add my last month statement to my current balance, I’m almost there.
