Bluechain + HMRC + Personal Amex

Has anyone successfully paid HMRC through Bluechain using a Personal Amex?

After going through the Amex safekey prompts, I’m getting ‘Payment unsuccessful’ with my Amex Platinum.

I had this problem too, not for HMRC though. 2FA kept failing multiple times. Changed devices and it all went through. Business Gold
