Anyone else having an issue with activation biometric on the Android app? Minor thing but I get an error when trying to activate it. No problem with any other apps, only Barclaycard.
Always works fine for me, occasionally it requires the full log in “for security”.
Biometrics fine for me, but the app in general is a bit poor IMO.
Seems to keep disappearing and needing to be started up again for example.

Still “T0009 Error during fingerprint registration / authentication” on mine when I try to turn it on. Latest app version. Never mind, I can live with that….
Applying for a supplementary card seemed a bit hit and miss as well. Eventually managed to do it (I think), though after removing the hyphen from my wife’s hyphenated surname so we’ll see how well that works or not…..
I have used the Barclays app on iPhone and found it reliable, notifications come through intuitively etc. No android experience. After a certain number of FaceID logins it forces an app PIN login.
