The Biltmore has decided to part ways with Hilton from 1st May genuinely don’t think Hilton can do Luxury.

However, Hilton have purchased the NoMAD brand so hopefully they won’t ruin the London property

Wauw, so there will be no LXR and no WA in the whole UK!

    Will the Biltmore become independent?

Sounds like Millennium hotels will make it the flagship of their Biltmore brand hotels but the LA property looks like it needs a refurb.

WA is coming to London but wouldn’t be surprised if they lose that at some point in this decade.

    Thanks for this.

It was independent before (well, part of Millennium Hotels). Millennium has form for booting out Hilton, see Millennium New York.

    Yup

What I will say is the NoMad is genuinely a really good vibe with great public areas and it would be a massive shame if Hilton tried to mess with its formula

That Millennium Hilton was run so badly, so may be for the best – amazing views though, lots of potential, but it was filthy with terrible service.
