Best to check before posting these things. The terms to which you refer are their standard terms. The HfP offer is much better but you must apply through the link – see ad usually above the forums.

For IT reasons it is often hard for companies to change certain bits of text on their websites when someone uses a restricted promotional offer.
Irrespective …. we have a very good relationship with CoT. I can honestly say that the vast majority of reader queries / issues have been fixed within a couple of hours. This is not Barclaycard / Amex – it’s a modern fin tech with a small team and good technology and we have direct access to the key people.
Their response. Your indication that a single spend on the card secured the 10k is disputed. Shame

As mentioned on the Head For Points webpage regarding this offer: “Until 4th February 2023, there is an EXCLUSIVE special offer for Head for Points readers. The standard bonus of 10,000 points is increased to 30,000 points if you can spend £20,000 within three months. You still receive 10,000 points if you can’t achieve this.”
I can understand if the wording wasn’t as clear as it should have been. This is offering an increase on the points accumulated within the first three months of spending.
The email that you have received is an automated email in regards to the offers that we supply with the basic Business Rewards scheme – you however, have a promotional code which offers the above-mentioned bonus points.

10,000 points should be added to your account within a day or two after you’ve made your first transaction.
Following this, if you meet the requirements you should receive the remaining points.
